He can be removed from his Office by the President , only if a joint address passed by both Houses of Parliament with a special majority -LRB- i.e . , by a majority of the total membership of the House and by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of each House present and voting -RRB- is presented to him -LRB- article 124 -LRB- 4 -RRB- and 218 -RRB- .
